What You'll Be Doing

1. Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing from entry to delivery
2. Communicate with customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
3. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory and meet customer needs
4. Prepare and maintain reports to support sales and operational efficiency
5. Assist in managing pricing, contracts, and documentation for accuracy

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This role operates in an office setting with regular interaction across sales, operations, and customer service teams. Occasional travel to local sites may be required.
