Der Bereich Service bei der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG sichert in den unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen unserer Produkte den Geschäftserfolg unserer Kund*innen mit Service Dienstleistungen, Service Parts und Consumables. Your Tasks:

• Bearbeitung eskalierter Kundenanliegen und Analyse von Störfällen (remote und vor Ort) weltweit
• Remote Unterstützung für Servicetechniker*innen weltweit
• Installation und Betreuung von Feldtests sowie Serienanläufen im Rahmen von Weiter- und Neuentwicklungen
• Erstellung technischer Servicedokumentationen zur Unterstützung des weltweiten Service
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zur Lösungsfindung und Optimierung technischer Prozesse

Our Requirements:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker*in
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung mit PC-basierter Steuerungssoftware
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur sicheren Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft
• Erfahrung in der Druckvorstufe von Vorteil
