The Service Department at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG ensures the business success of our customers with service services, parts, and consumables throughout the different life phases of our products. A global network forms the foundation for Heidelberg's digital strategy with its customer proximity and professionalism.

Your tasks:

• Conception, implementation, and documentation of training measures for service technicians for Computer-to-Plate (CtP) systems in the prepress worldwide
• Continuous development of training content
• Creation of technical documentation with a focus on quality-relevant topics and processes
• Intensive cooperation with the development department, particularly for the optimization of service processes and technical solutions
• Provision of remote and online support for on-site technicians

Our requirements:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification, e.g., a completed training as a state-certified technician
• Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, ideally with practical experience in the industrial environment
• Good knowledge in PC-based control and automation software
• Strong communication skills and didactic skill in the transfer of technical content
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking for secure communication in an international environment
• Experience in prepress is advantageous
