The Account Manager position is a dynamic role that will provide a spectrum of innovative strategies to develop and maintain customer's group benefits insurance needs. The primary function of the Account Manager role is to manage an assigned book of business, primarily for clients with 50+ lives. Accounts may be fully insured, partially self-funded, or self-insured.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
