À propos de L'équipe:

Attached to the Care Fr team, you will have a crucial role in providing customer support for Heetch drivers in France. You will work closely with the Driver FR team based in Algiers and the local team in France based in Paris.

Que Vas-Tu Faire Concrètement?

Participate in explaining the offer to prospects

Assist drivers in registering for the service

Respond to user requests with empathy, responsiveness, and efficiency (channels: chat, email, phone)

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Support processes

Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of drivers

Report relevant client feedback to improve the service

You speak perfect French (written and spoken)

You are comfortable on the phone
