The Customer Service Administrative Support role performs a range of customer service duties, including but not limited to managing Heber City's payment collection in Finance operations and assisting the general public by answering questions from citizens and visitors.
This position requires the individual to be organized, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while managing a variety of tasks, including payment processing, account reconciliation, park reservations, and other administrative duties as assigned.
