Senior Software Engineering Manager

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager on the Digital Emerging Tech & Innovation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from business, product, and design, as well as other engineering leaders, to provide innovative technology solutions for the company.

Bachelor / Masters' degree in a relevant field of education and / or work experience leading successful projects and coaching / mentoring others in functional area. 7+ years of experience 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, developing, growing ICs and Engineering Managers − Experience successfully delivering timely, high-quality software Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and concepts. Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies and modern development tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Project Management: Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Prioritize and align MVP features from stakeholders Impact: Decision-Making: Make informed decisions that align with business objectives and drive technological advancements. Propose and implement solutions that have a significant impact on the business and customer experience.
