Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stocking and organizing merchandise
  • Maintaining department standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Merchandising product effectively
  • Cleaning and sanitizing sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment

Additional department-specific responsibilities may include:

  • Beauty: Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic aids
  • Drugstore / General Merchandise: Prepares tags and signs as needed
  • Grocery: Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks
  • Texas Backyard: Passion for outdoors
  • Entertainment: Knowledge in the audio / video field

Qualifications include:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Physical demands include:

  • Function in a fast-paced, retail environment
  • Work with customers, staying attentive to their needs
  • Lift 30 lbs, and manage in excess of 30 lbs
