What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or local communities.
• Use evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Track progress digitally using simple electronic systems.

• Collaborate with experienced clinicians and families to create life-changing outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome!).
• A love for working with kids and a heart for helping others.
• Calm, patient, and reliable—with a can-do attitude.
• Access to dependable transportation to travel to client sessions.
• Willingness to complete a paid 40-hour RBT training course (we'll guide you through it!).
• Ready to commit to at least 6 months to help support lasting progress.
