2025 Wcvb Spring Internship Program

The 2025 WCVB Spring Internship Program offers a variety of opportunities for students entering or currently in their junior or senior years at an accredited community college, college, or university. The program runs for 10–12 weeks, requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling depending on the department.

Chronicle is the longest-running, locally produced news magazine program in the country! Chronicle presents a mix of features on the people, places and stories of New England.

As an intern, you would:

• Conduct research, including researching footage from old shows and news tapes, as well as via the Internet and phone calls.
• Update repeat shows for re-air.
• Archive nightly shows.
• Assist producers with logging video footage from shoots.

Application Requirements:

• Resume and cover letter in PDF format (do not submit a Word doc).
• A letter of recommendation from a professor specifically for the WCVB Internship Program.
• Creative works/writing samples, relevant to your areas of interest.
• Intern applications are limited to one submission based on area of interest.

Salary: $20/hour
