Disability Support Worker – Consistent Afternoon Shifts

Location: Lynbrook, VIC

Casual/Part-Time

Availability: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm – 6pm (preferred)

Your Role

A lovely family is seeking a dedicated female support worker to assist their family member in the afternoons. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about making a meaningful difference.

Your day may include:

  • Assisting with community access and transport, and social participation
  • Providing meal preparation, and household support
  • Accompanying client to their gym program
  • Documenting progress notes and any changes in the client's condition or support needs.

About You

  • Passion for people & genuine care
  • Experience with Autism & behaviours of concern
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client focused approach to care
  • Reliable car (mandatory) and full license to transport the client (preferred)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certification
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Can commit to all three shifts consistently each week
