Health RIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and include individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, medication support services, and crisis intervention.

Job Summary:
HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, is located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most marginalized populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population.
Men's Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorders, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for clerical and administrative support for the SFDMC 3.5, 3.1 and withdrawal management pay source, provide high quality customer service, ensure that the administrative and compliance needs of the SF-DMC contract are met and in compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Education, Certification, and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years or more experience in an administrative role preferred. Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data. Desired: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
