About the Role
As Chief Quality Officer, you will serve as a senior physician leader reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. You'll chair the Quality Board and oversee quality efforts across six core domains:

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will hold a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board-certified in a medical specialty, with eligibility for licensure in Indiana. You'll bring at least five years of clinical leadership experience in quality, patient safety, or performance improvement, along with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives and interdisciplinary teams.
You should have a strong understanding of external quality benchmarks and EMR integration, with expertise in interpreting clinical data and applying evidence-based medicine. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. A deep commitment to health equity, mutual respect, and fostering a culture of collaboration is fundamental to success in this role.
