Computer Support Specialist
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $18 / hour *W2
Shift details:
- M-F 40 hrs per week, TBD
1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of:
- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
2. Job Description and Required Services: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
- Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
- Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Notes: *Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring manager. *The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.
