Shift details:
- 7 HRS/DAILY
Duties:
- Monitor and operate computer systems and servers
- Start, stop, and manage batch jobs or processes
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Ensure system backups and data integrity
- Maintain logs of system activity and errors
- Assist users with technical problems
- Install and configure software as needed
- Follow IT policies and security protocols
- Report system malfunctions or failures
- Support IT staff in maintaining network and system performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Operators
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with operating systems and networks
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new technology
