Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own lifecycle campaigns and retention initiatives that deepen engagement and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). This is an individual contributor role where you'll combine sharp user insights with creative execution to design campaigns that resonate across millions of users.

You'll partner closely with product, marketing, and design teams to translate fuzzy ideas into structured journeys, craft compelling messaging, and run experiments that scale globally. Build in India, Impact the World.

  • Design the feelings behind the funnel. Architect how millions experience Headout before, during, and after the trip - turning cold clicks into warm memories (and repeat bookings).
  • A lab disguised as a job. Bring bold hypotheses, ship fast creative, run ruthless experiments, and scale what works - your "what if?" becomes a global playbook in a week.
  • Stories that travel. Craft culturally fluent, channel-native campaigns that work from Paris to Phuket - right message, right moment, right vibe.
  • Data with taste. Pair sharp segmentation and propensity cues with copy that earns the open, the tap, and the checkout.
  • 0→1 ownership, 1→∞ impact. The blocks of lifecycle marketing are still being laid; you'll define journey strategy, content pillars, and measurement - and then scale the wins.
  • A seat at the big table. Work as a thought partner to founders; your ideas won't just move CTR - they'll shape Headout's growth narrative.

What skills do you need?

  • Experience: 4-6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle roles within fast-paced B2C environments (marketplaces, OTAs, D2C, etc).
  • User Insight & Positioning: Ability to empathise with the users to turn vague ideas into sharp, compelling messaging that inspire and convert.
  • Journey & Contact Strategy: Ability to plan and execute modular, omni-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp) with clear rules using data-driven insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft clear briefs, judge copy, and confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experiment-first Mindset: Proven track record of running quick experiments, analyzing results, and scaling what works.
  • Tools & Analytics: Proficiency with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze) and comfort analyzing cohorts/data in Sheets or BI tools.
  • AI Nativeness: Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, copy variants, QA, and workflow automation.
