HR Manager

Conditions: €60k-70k +/- for experienced HR managers.

Experience required: Minimum of 3 years (preferably more) practical experience in a medium or larger agency environment (digital/marketing/advertising).

For whom? The job is ideal for HR managers from the Rhein-Main-Necker area who are proficient in all aspects of operational personnel management and enjoy handling routine tasks.

For whom not? It does not suit those who primarily want to focus on recruiting or people & culture topics, as there are already colleagues responsible for these tasks. In practice, there are always overlaps, and your job will be very varied. It also does not suit those who prefer to work remotely, as the job is only hybrid within the team in the Frankfurt/M area.

Company: Top digital agency (approx. 100 employees), including international clients, long-term projects, UX deeply embedded in the DNA, great people. The special feature: the official team language is English.

Work model: Onboarding in the first weeks 100% on-site, then preferably hybrid (50% office / 50% home office). In addition to full-time with 40 hours/week, a part-time option is also negotiable, starting from 32 hours/week.

Responsibilities

You love it when everything runs smoothly, numbers and data are your friends, and you can improve the daily routine for an entire team with your work. You are the central anchor for all HR topics and contribute significantly to a positive company culture.

  • Numbers, data, facts: You maintain the personnel master data and prepare the payroll.
  • Rock in the storm: As a contact person for labor, tax, and social security law questions, you provide advice and support to the team and the CEO with expertise and keep an eye on all important deadlines.
  • The good spirit: From onboarding new talents to developing benefits – you actively participate and ensure that everyone feels comfortable from day one.
  • Culture shaper: You support people & culture projects, accompany personnel discussions (in German and English), and contribute your ideas to further strengthen the unique team spirit.
  • Insight provider: With your HR reports, you provide valuable insights and lay the foundation for informed decisions.
  • HR tool expert: A new HR management tool is to be acquired (Personio will not be used). You bring your previous experience in the selection process and can accompany the implementation.

Qualification

That’s what you ideally bring with you:

  • Your foundation: A commercial qualification or a relevant degree and several years of experience in personnel management.
  • Agency veteran: You should have several years of experience in a medium or larger agency environment and enjoy this dynamic industry.
  • Elementary HR knowledge: You are familiar with everyday labor, tax, and social security law. For difficult issues, you naturally work with external legal advisors.
  • Your tools: You are proficient in MS Office, the Google Suite, Notion, and common HR tools.
  • Very international: The team language is English, so you should be fluent in it (in addition to German) for personnel discussions.
  • Your superpower: A structured, independent working style and an unerring eye for details. You are a true team player with heart and empathy.
