Hr/Admin Staff

Our team is built on respect, integrity, and a true passion for making a difference in the community. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Admin Staff to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong sense of organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and timekeeping.

Support compliance with state and company policies, including maintaining up-to-date employee files.

Assist with payroll processing and HR reporting.

Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office documentation.

Maintain a positive and professional environment for both caregivers and clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in HR, administration, or office support (healthcare/home care industry experience a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Must be reliable, flexible, and able to multitask.
