As a Key Account Manager, you'll join our expanding Technology Consulting Division in Tampa. We'll equip you for success through a comprehensive 24-week training program from recruiter to sales expert. Master recruitment fundamentals, learn cutting-edge technologies, and develop the skills to build lasting client relationships.
Be bold and curious – identify and pursue new business opportunities, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio.
Own the outcomes – establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery.
Be better together – collaborate with the HAYS delivery team, share knowledge, and represent the organization at networking events to build stronger connections.
Champion the customer – understand client needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross-selling and strategic engagement.
Responsibilities:
Start as a recruiter and evolve into a sales expert through hands-on training in candidate engagement, effective messaging, and business development. You'll master tools like OneTouch and Sales Planner, learn to source top talent, build client partnerships, and close deals confidently. This program combines real-world experience with structured learning—covering everything from pipeline management to strategic communication—so you're ready to succeed in a high-impact sales role.
