Job Accountabilities

Update daily import and export movements in the principal system accurately and minimize the system rejection.
Actively communicate with principals to align goals and ensure daily and weekly KPI targets are met.
Monitor empty container overdue and dwell times to ensure evacuation within targeted period.
Liaise with depots and terminals to clear overdue empty containers efficiently.
Ensure compliance with depot and terminal protocols to avoid penalties or delays.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation to enhance overall efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, depot staff, terminal operators, and other key partners.
Engage with operation activities and issues timely when required.

Minimum Knowledge/Experience/Training/Qualifications Required for Position

6 passes with 'C' for Maths and English at the GCE O/Levels or London O/Levels AND
A minimum of 2 passes at the GCE A/Levels OR
Successfully completed UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course with a minimum of 1-year experience in a shipping line.
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to think and perform independently.
Willingness to work long hours and hold a driving license.
