Job Responsibilities

• Execute seamless end to end operations, ensuring resource optimization and adherence to operational targets.

• Closely coordinate with Internal & External stake holders to ensure flawless operations.

• Lead and mentor the operations team towards achieving excellence while managing client contracts effectively.

• Execute operational strategies in line with business goals, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring seamless operation of the company's complaint management system.

• Conduct regular reviews with clients and suppliers to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead process optimization efforts by identifying root causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Reconcile inventories to system records by carrying out cycle counts.

• Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, shipping lines, BOI, SL Customs, and service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or relevant qualifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 6 passes at GCE or London O/L & minimum 2 Passes for A/L's or UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course.
• Minimum 03 years service experience relating to Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Good command of English both written and verbal.
• Strong Leadership Skills.
