Experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in transmission line infrastructure, including foundation design, tower erection supervision, route surveys, and site execution. Skilled in managing construction activities for high-voltage transmission line projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct route surveys and soil investigations for transmission line projects.
• Design and review tower foundations based on soil conditions and load calculations.
• Supervise excavation, concreting, backfilling, and curing of tower foundations.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for tower erection and stringing activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
• Perform quality control checks and material inspections.
• Handle project documentation and billing measurements.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Candidate profile:

• NDT / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (if applicable).
• 5+ years in civil construction.
• Minimum 1 year in transmission line projects.
• Construction of 220 kV transmission line including tower foundations.
• Substation civil works coordination.
• Transmission line foundation design.
• Soil testing and geotechnical coordination.
• AutoCAD, STAAD Pro (if applicable).
• Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of IS codes and transmission standards.
