Skills, Knowledge & Personal Characteristics:

The Treasury Management Support Specialist role is responsible for supporting the treasury functions of the company by assisting with the daily management of bank accounts, credit card transactions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This support role is crucial to the organization and properties under management. The role requires organization and collaboration with various departments and external vendors. The work environment is dynamic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is essential.

Essential Functions:

1) Treasury: Support the treasury management systems of the company and provide service to internal teams and external clients as related to treasury. Includes assisting with opening/closing bank accounts and supporting onboarding treasury functions for new properties.

2) Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls. Includes investigating purchase card fraud notifications and reviewing Positive Pay notifications daily across multiple banking platforms.

3) Purchase Card Administration: Support the Treasury Manager by maintaining the company's purchase card platform and resolving issues promptly. Includes opening/closing purchase card accounts, administrating card limits, assisting card holders with questions.

Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in banking or working with banking systems.
