A client of Insight Global is looking for a Top Secret Voice Engineer who would sit full onsite in Kanoehe, HI. This individual will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Cisco Unity Call Manager (CUCM) to support voice communication systems. Troubleshooting VoIP-related issues, manage call routing, voicemail, and user accounts, and implement features such as auto-attendants and call queues. Including providing user training and documentation to ensure effective use of communication tools. Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving tickets promptly via phone, email, or in-person. System maintenance duties include monitoring servers and network equipment, applying updates and patches, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards. Assist users in understanding and utilizing technology, conduct training sessions, and maintain clear communication throughout issue resolution. Responsibilities also include managing hardware and software installations, maintaining IT asset inventory, and coordinating with vendors for repairs or upgrades. Additionally, documenting incidents, solutions, and system changes, generate performance reports, and support audits and compliance efforts. You will play a key role in change management by planning and implementing IT changes, assessing impacts, and facilitating smooth transitions. Network administration tasks include monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining secure wired and wireless infrastructure. $45/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
