Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Technical Orders Manager (TOMA) Support Logistician Level 3 to support the United States Space Force (USSF) in advancing space operations. This role provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to drive the development, acquisition, and sustainment of cutting-edge test and training capabilities. As a TOMA Support Logistician, you will analyze, assess, and coordinate technical order (TO) changes, ensuring full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. This role demands technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS travel as required. This opportunity allows you to play a direct role in enhancing USSF readiness and operational agility, shaping the future of space operations. Compensation Minimum: $115,000 Compensation Maximum: $125,000
Skills / Experience Required Technical Orders Manager Support Logistician Skills/Experience needed: TS/SCI required 10+ years of DoD experience in logistics, sustainment, and technical order management Expertise in Technical Manuals (TM), Technical Orders (TO), Military Performance Specifications (MILPERF), Military Standards (MILSTD), and contractual compliance Proficiency in Air Force Technical Order Lifecycle Management, including TO 00-5-3, TO 00-5-1, Enhanced Technical Management System (ETIMS), TMCR (TM 86-01), MIL-PRF-32216A, and MILSTD 38784 Strong background in logistics and acquisition, with deep knowledge of sustainment and compliance best practices Advanced skills in technical writing, documentation, government property management, maintenance planning, and sustainment strategy development Ability to assess alternatives and recommend logistics strategies for acquisition and sustainment programs Expertise in life cycle sustainment (LCSP) and optimizing product support strategies Experience conducting acquisition property audits, managing databases, and ensuring regulatory compliance Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-level briefings, audits, and reports to senior Education / Certifications Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in a related field required Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or industry certifications in a related discipline strongly desired Professional experience, training, and certifications may be considered as a substitute for degree requirements Master's degree in a related field is desired
