Job Purpose: SMB Sales Representatives are responsible for selling Hawaiian Telcom's Fiber Optic communication solutions to small and medium sized businesses within an assigned territory. The SMB Sales Rep is responsible for generating all sales leads primarily through door-to-door and outbound call activity. The position is responsible for activity that will drive new revenue growth and fiber optic network penetration. The candidate will provide a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative selling, and have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Hawaiian Telcom. The SMB Sales Rep must be a self-motivator, able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to effectively educate customers about Hawaiian Telcom's Fioptics Internet, Telephone Solutions, Network Security services, and more.
