As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment and engagement, supporting product replenishment activities, maintaining brand standards, assisting with floorset execution, and adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first-based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations, and availability to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
