Sales Associate Position

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team in Kaanaapali, Hawaii. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring customers enjoy a memorable experience in our holiday-themed store. This position offers the opportunity to support store operations while delivering outstanding service and driving sales. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide personalized assistance and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including merchandising and restocking inventory.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to enhance service and operations.

• Participate in store opening and closing procedures to support smooth daily operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist in annual inventory processes.

Requirements:
