Under the supervision of the IMH and Family Services Coordinator, the Family Support Worker will engage women who have participated in the Women's Way program (residential and outpatient), including those that leave Women's Way prior to completion to support ongoing activities that support family recovery. The Family Support Worker will provide person centered case management services such as referrals, transportation and utilizing community resources as well as daily living skills coaching and family engagement group facilitation.
Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma with at least two years of experience working in a behavioral health field. Associate's degree in human service field preferred. Must have a driver's license and ability to do outreach/home visits.
