This position is located at MWR Schofield Bowling Center, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Responsibilities include assisting management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures, issuing, receiving and controlling cash receipts and change funds, ensuring only authorized patrons utilize the facilities, submitting daily reports of operations, assisting in setting up parties according to party plan, and completing fire safety checks and securing the facility. Additional duties may include monitoring inventories, placing and receiving food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Resumes must be two pages (or less) and should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody, or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages, the applicant must meet state/local age requirements (21 years of age) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service and ability to communicate effectively are also required. The resume must clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria above.
