Call Center Representative - Weekly Pay - $18/hr+

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or conduct surveys
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

Shifts including weekends and holiday availability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
