You will receive a 360° view of modern marketing and learn everything you need for a successful start in digital marketing: Development of holistic campaign strategies, consulting and cooperation with well-known customers, analysis of data & insights, implementation of digital, social, and influencer campaigns. You will not only learn how advertising is displayed, but also why it works and how you can design it yourself successfully.

Trainee Digital Marketing (all genders) | Eprofessional Hamburg

Hamburg Full-time (40h/week), indefinite contract Start: June 2026 End: November 2027 with direct entry into your desired department

What You Can Expect:

• 18-month all-around training: You will get to know the agency life from the ground up. From idea generation to target group insights to the implementation and evaluation of real campaigns.
• Rotation through different departments: You start with the basics and then switch to different areas. This way you find out what you like and build up real marketing know-how step by step.
• International stay: Two months in one of our international offices, e.g. Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, or Copenhagen. New perspectives, new network, real career boost.
• Trainings & workshops: Skills that really take you further. Through coaching, workshops, and digital learning, both professionally and personally.
• Training on the job: From day one you will work on real projects. You take on responsibility, bring in your ideas, and see what you achieve.
• Two locations, Hamburg and Frankfurt: In addition to Havas Media, you will also get to know our daughter agency Eprofessional and gain additional insights into the mechanisms of performance marketing.

What You Bring:

• Completed degree: You have a completed degree (e.g. business administration, media, communication, or business sciences).
• Independent, self-reliant & proactive: You do not wait for tasks, but take action, bring in your ideas, and independently ensure that everything is done, always keeping deadlines in mind.
• Strong communicator: You have a knack for people and address topics openly, clearly, and target group-appropriately.
• Motivated & able to learn: You are curious, quickly work your way into new topics, and find yourself flexibly in new situations.
• Affinity for numbers & analytical thinking: You love numbers and use data to gain exciting insights.
• Language skills: You speak fluent German & English; ideally another language to integrate well during your stay abroad.
• MS Office: You are familiar with Teams, Excel & PowerPoint.
• AI: You can confidently handle various AI tools and know how to cleverly combine them.
