The position is to work on one of Havas Media Group's Top 3 global client businesses. Our Client is a leading global beverages manufacturer, with successful global and local brands in its rich portfolio, present in 50+ markets around the world.
This is an exciting role in a dynamic team for someone who is interested in kick-starting their advertising career, and developing their account management skills within an international, multi-disciplined environment on a global FMCG account.

Responsibilities include:
- Master coordination and communication with 50+ local teams, clients, and partners.
- Deploy global processes and guidelines in local markets and enforce local team compliance.
- Monitor service evaluation results and help improve local team performance.
- Collect and validate local team deliverables, ensuring it is up to the highest standard.
- Support on various global projects, tasks and workstreams, and suggest improvements.
- As a point of contact to local teams, support, train and advise them to resolve challenges and further their understanding of global processes and guidelines.
- Serve as a point of contact to global clients on account management-related matters.
- Engage local teams by building a connected community and contributing to knowledge sharing culture.
- Support global team and learn the ropes of account management by organising effective meetings, taking actionable notes, and providing relevant materials to ensure efficient and smooth project management.
- Support global team in maintaining an updated calendar of Havas and JDE priorities.
- Develop an understanding of media planning and buying principles & practices across all communication channels, and evaluating performance.
- Connect initiatives, forming part of global projects with strategic disciplines, tasks and workstreams, and suggest improvements.
Experience:
- Previous experience in media industry
- 1+ years' experience in client service or media strategy, planning or buying
