As our People Data & Insights (PDI) Support Specialist, you'll lead the identification and delivery of improvements to people data and reporting processes, while also managing shared inbox enquiries and escalations from the PDI Analyst and driving enhancements in complex PayGlobal and MSS (self service module) work. Together, you'll build trust in our people data and enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.

This role reports to the People Data & Insights Manager and as a HRIS team, we're beginning a transformational journey. You'll gain exposure to the latest thinking in people data, including opportunities to explore AI applications and be a part of their development – very exciting times!
