We are on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Support Representative to support us in providing timely, accurate, and high-level customer support. You'll manage queries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
This is a six month, part-time, fixed-term position based at our Customer Service Centre in Mt Wellington, Auckland. The standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a Saturday shift from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
You'll begin with approximately eight weeks of in-office training. This will run Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. At the end of the training period, you'll go through a sign-off process. Once successfully signed off, you'll transition to our hybrid work model: 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office each week, continuing with your standard hours.
