The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for driving the placement and execution of Hasbro brands at retail within an assigned territory. They develop customer-specific business plans, build internal and external alignment, and execute strategies through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.

• BBA/BA/BS
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage business priorities and deliver against goals

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Solid analytical and Excel/PC skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage a territory
• 20–30% Travel required

The base salary range for this position is $74,900.00 to $112,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
