We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of the Marketing plan for Warlock, Invoke's new Action-Adventure game. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all teams are tracking to deliver against campaign milestones. Please note that this position required to come to the office 3 days a week in person and is a temporary mandate.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of marketing projects within our go-to-market plan.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including brand, creative, regional, community, publishing and other internal and external partners.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support delivery on asset production (e.g. trailers, social media content, key art, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation, project trackers, and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Airtable).
  • Support marketing leadership in prioritizing initiatives and optimizing processes.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3–6 years of project management experience in marketing, publishing, or creative production within gaming.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with gaming culture and audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Background in creative production pipelines (trailers, art, social media assets).
  • Experience working with external agencies and/or international teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows or marketing operations frameworks.
