We're looking for a dynamic Partnerships and Marketing Assistant to play a key role in delivering innovative campaigns and driving successful brand collaborations, with a particular focus on our Skincare and Haircare categories.
About the Role
As a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and partnerships that maximise revenue and brand impact. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, from initial proposals through to post-campaign reporting. Your role will be central in building strong relationships with brand partners, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every campaign aligns with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You will be an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You enjoy building strong relationships, are confident liaising with multiple stakeholders, and bring excellent attention to detail. You will be motivated by delivering results, with strong time management skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
