We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager Operations to join our Operations team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day operations across multiple departments. The position involves assisting in team management, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will contribute to ongoing performance improvement initiatives and promote effective cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Human Resources, System Admin & IT, Office Management and other departments as well.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare operations domain, including at least 3 years as a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategies.
  • Candidate must have a master's degree.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance standards, and productivity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing, and overseeing Company's operations and team functions.
  • Conduct internal meetings engaging in leading a solutions-oriented approach to improve transition of care, co-ordination, and healthcare delivery system, and guide providers as it relates to timely reports, authorizations, and requirements.
  • Manage staffing, productivity, and inventory to ensure adherence to KPIs and regulatory standards.
  • Improve coordination and efficiency in the healthcare delivery system through collaborative strategies.
  • Work with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations to ensure appropriate and timely use of Utilization Management guidelines.

Work Schedule

  • Four 10hr shifts per week (Monday – Thursday)
