About the Role
As Lead, Order Management Specialist within Consumer Audio, you will be responsible for supporting various operations of the Order Management function needed to make the North America Order Management function 'Best in Class'. All Order Management activities contribute to the strategic growth plan of Consumer Audio North America. Responsibilities will include managing a team and all related processes, as well as communication, continuous improvement, and best practice development initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Sales, S&OP, Transportation and Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure business goals are supported.
- Account Ownership Order-to-Cash (Mass Merchants /National Accounts)
- Ensure Adherence to Vendor Compliance requirements, driving the reduction and elimination of fines.
- EDI Monitoring and I/Dock issue resolution.
- Support Vendor Portals and Requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Daily reporting and analysis on assigned accounts.
- Managing RMAs
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and order management.
- Strong data analysis and technical experience using ERP systems (i.e., SAP) and MS-Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e,. Sales, S&OP, Transportation and logistics, finance, and marketing).
- Support audit controls for the region.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or a similar ERP system is highly preferred.
- Project Management experience
- Strong organizational skills

- Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA, in a hybrid setting.
