What You Will Do

• Preparing and ensuring analysis processes for various OEM customers as well as compiling and preparing the required information.
• Creation and revision of test strategies for analysis processes, considering quality and cost targets
• Adaptation of existing and creation of new test programs for the analysis of field claims and coordination with internal and external partners as well as implementation of the process steps up to the use at external service providers or transfer within Harman
• Technical support of new problems and new start-ups and their solution in coordination with internal/external partners and customers

What We're Looking For

• Degree in electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in test system support and test program development
• Professional programming experience in C# and VBA
• Professional experience with test systems based on SCAPE and Lab View used in the Customer Quality area
• Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• Distinct analytical and logical way of thinking
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
