About The Role

We are looking for a technically strong Build & Integration Engineer with solid experience in automotive TCU programs and Yocto-based Linux environments. The role involves owning build, integration, and release activities, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and leading a small team of up to 3 engineers.

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end build and integration activities for automotive TCU platforms.
• Set up, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for continuous builds and releases.
• Develop, customize, and manage Yocto and QNX build environments.
• Define and manage build, integration, and release workflows across multiple branches.
• Perform branch management, merges, tagging, and release preparation.
• Ensure build stability and resolve build and integration issues quickly.
• Lead and guide a team of up to 3 engineers on daily build and integration tasks.
• Work closely with development, testing, and validation teams to support deliveries.
• Support configuration management and release engineering across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with automotive processes and participate in ASPICE Level 1 and 2 audits.

What Makes You Eligible

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on build, integration, and release engineering.
• Hands-on experience with automotive TCU platforms.
• Strong experience with Yocto Project, BitBake, and QNX build systems.
• Proven experience in CI/CD setup using tools like Jenkins.
• Solid experience in Git-based workflows, including branching, merging, and release management.
• Experience working in multi-project, multi-branch environments.
• Good understanding of configuration management and release engineering.
• Strong Linux knowledge and scripting skills.
• Experience using tools such as Git, Gerrit, Stash, Jenkins, Yocto, Linux, and Jira.
• Exposure to ASPICE audits (Level 1 and Level 2).
• Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance is a plus.
