About The Role

This role requires more than standard Scrum Master responsibilities. The person is expected to take strong ownership of delivery, understand the product and system quickly, and actively drive tasks to closure. The Scrum Master will work closely with engineering, product owners, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery in automotive telematics and connectivity programs.

What You Will Do

• Own sprint and release delivery commitments and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Actively track and follow up on tasks, dependencies, and risks across the team.
• Quickly understand the product, architecture, and workflows in telematics and connectivity systems.
• Work hands-on with the Product Owner to refine backlog, clarify requirements, and prioritize work.
• Drive accountability within the team and ensure clear ownership of tasks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery.
• Remove impediments proactively and resolve delivery issues.

What Makes You Eligible

• 5–8 years of experience in Agile delivery with clear ownership of project execution.
• Strong experience in automotive telematics and connectivity domains (TCU, OTA, diagnostics, remote services, vehicle data platforms).
• Practical understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks with a delivery-first mindset.
• Exposure to embedded systems, Autosar, Linux, and connectivity stacks is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new products, customer expectations, and technical domains.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
