Project Quality Manager/Lead

Define and maintain software QA plan for the project

Perform process compliance quick checks

Produce and distribute software QA report

Identify and track non-compliances to closure

Initiate QA escalations, monitor progress and track actions to closure

Support deviation approval process if requested

Participate in Product release Process

Transfer relevant lessons learned into the project

Track lesson learned until closure

Define and analyze metrics in Projects

Support software program manager in risk management

Support lesson learned collection regularly

Support development team on process tailoring/optimization per project needs

Build strong cooperation with development teams to ensure a quality mindset and quality deliverables

Active participation in relevant meetings

Experience: 8-10 Years in Process Quality Assurance in the field of ISO 9001 Audits and certifications, ASPICE implementation & Audits

Band: T3B

Participates in Team

Quality Team Meeting

Quality Pillar meeting

Quality-relevant Customer Meeting

Skills

Have knowledge in product lifecycle and SW engineering process

Ability to assess quality risk for software

Ability to assess project quality status according to industry standards, incl. APSICE, VDA

Agile Model (SCRUM,SAFe) implementation

Set targets and engage with time to ensure strong drive for quality

Abstract quality status from different reports

Ability to build relevant metrics

Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action

Demonstrated ability to utilize metrics, understand processes related to effective quality assurance and testing progress

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical project team members

Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ASPICE 4.0/3.1 Level 2

Certification

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (Internal/external) ASPICE Provisional Assessor (Preferred but not a must)

What Makes You Eligible

Hands – on Experience on implementation and audits based on ASPICE & ISO 9001 Model

Hands – on Metrics definition, Metrics mapping to tools, Metric analysis and Process Improvement

Experience of Facing ASPICE external Assessments

Good Communication & Presentation Skills

Eye for defects/issues

Over all 10 years in exp in Software Quality Assurance

5 Years experience in Automotive Quality
