DUTIES:

• Participate in the acceptance and commissioning of manufacturing equipment (screwing and manual insertion stations)
• Supervise manufacturing equipment, improve efficiency and availability
• Investigate, repair, and prevent production errors, determine preventive actions
• Prepare/modify equipment for product changes
• Develop maintenance technicians professionally

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical education: mechatronic engineer / mechanical engineer / electrical engineer
• English language skills at a communication level
• Creative, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skills, systematic work, flexibility

ADVANTAGES:

• Knowledge of automation, screwing technology (Deprag), industrial robot (Kuka, Mitsubishi)
• C#, Siemens PLC, Twincat, other programming language knowledge
• Experience in electronic manufacturing
• IATF 16949, VDA, standard knowledge, 8D, FMEA, SPC knowledge
