ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop and improve new and existing assembly lines • Conduct teardown analysis of field returns to drive product improvements • Drive focused problem-solving and interpretation of data • Communicate clear action plans & results to leadership & colleagues • Maintain all manufacturing process documentation • Lead kaizen events to drive continual process improvement • Contribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibility • Develop and implement new manufacturing technology
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS • Strong problem-solving abilities (Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt preferred) • Experience with 2 and 3 Dimensional CAD modelling software (AutoCAD, Solidworks), Project, Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Minitab, FEA and PLC programming (ladder logic) a plus) BSME, BSEE required. • Familiarity with the philosophy of lean • 0-5 years of experience
