The Hanover's Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job. Through the 10-week summer program (June – mid August), you will:

1. Take on meaningful projects and work alongside some of the very best talent in the industry
2. Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent (leaders, managers, subject matter experts and recent graduates)
3. Participate in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy
4. Attend weekly development workshops with your intern peers

In this role, you will:

• Ability to work in the Microsoft Azure environment as a Cloud Application Engineer.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
• Be involved in the full system development life cycle process and have a part in designing, development, testing, and implementing applications and infrastructure as code.
• Participate in project work that may include but is not limited to planning, requirements gathering, documentation, research, presentation of recommendations, or implementation.
• Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership members at the close of the internship program highlighting the work you accomplished throughout the summer.

What you need to apply:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Ability to commit to a full time 10 week internship program
• Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• 0-2 years of professional working experience
• Ability to collaborate with peers to ensure processes are efficient
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking/problem solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
