Tasks

• Building and maintaining relationships with influencers
• Planning and executing influencer campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance and creating reports
• Developing concepts for content and visual communication of advertising campaigns
• Measuring and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns and creating performance reports and ROAS
• Researching and identifying trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Evaluating and selecting potential influencers based on authenticity, reach, audience match, and engagement
• Continuous optimization of the influencer strategy and adaptation to changing market conditions and trends

Requirements

• Studies in the field of marketing, communication, media sciences, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or sales
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
• Affinity with social media platforms and influencer marketing
• Creative thinking and innovative approach
• Organizational talent and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team and strong motivation to learn new things
