Tasks

Building and maintaining relationships with influencers

Planning and implementing influencer campaigns

Analyzing campaign performance and creating reports

Developing concepts for the content and visual communication of advertising campaigns

Measuring and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns and creating performance reports and ROAS

Researching and identifying trends and best practices in influencer marketing

Evaluating and selecting potential influencers based on authenticity, reach, audience match, and engagement

Continuous optimization of the influencer strategy and adaptation to changing market conditions and trends

Requirements

Studies in the field of marketing, communication, media sciences, or a related discipline

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or sales

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Affinity with social media platforms and influencer marketing

Creative thinking and innovative approach

Organizational talent and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work in teams and strong motivation to learn new things
