Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven Front Desk Spa Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident in recommending services, memberships, and gift cards to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system efficiently
• Educate clients on services, enhancements, and spa offerings
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and gift cards
• Recommend retail products and current promotions
• Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
• Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
• Work collaboratively with service providers and management to ensure a seamless client experience

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment
• Familiarity with booking systems
